Our Brokerage Division specializes in marketing commercial
and investment property to assist owners, users, and investors
in the leasing and sale of real property. The Brokerage
Division of Coldwell Banker Commercial United Realty Services
is headed by Stephen F. Gerdsen, CCIM, CRB, GRI. The division
handles the acquisition, sale and leasing of properties
for owners and investors, as well as the purchase or leasing
of properties or space for users.
Specialists in the areas of office, industrial, retail, investment, and land
development provide expert service to our clients. Today,
the practice of real estate brokerage requires specialized
property knowledge and marketing skills. Sales or leasing
services are customized to meet each client's objectives.
In addition to traditional seller brokerage (sales and
leasing), the Company provides "Buyer Brokerage
/ Tenant Representation" for the acquisition of
properties or leased space. Various members of the brokerage
staff perform consulting services, on an hourly fee
basis for our clients.
