system has experienced record growth. In 2001, the brand
developed specific groups that focus on certain areas
of expertise to meet client needs. These groups are:
Auction Services, Corporate Services, Hospitality, Multi-Family,
Real Property Services, and Retail. Offering these services
has enabled Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliates to
provide their clients with an even larger spectrum of
support.
The Coldwell Banker Commercial system also increased
its global presence by adding several new International
Master Franchises. As of December 2004, the system now
has representation in 44 countries including Andorra, Australia,
Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Czech Republic,
China, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany,
Grand Cayman Islands, Greece, Hungrey, India, Indonesia, Italy,
